Happy Summer!  Here are 3 tips for healthy summer smiles!

  1.  Stay on a Routine:  Don’t lose the good habits that you have worked hard at throughout the school year.  Keep to  2 minute twice daily brushing habits.
  2.  Limit Summer Treats:  Drink lots of water and offer fresh fruits over processed sugary treats.
  3.  Schedule a dental visit:  Summer appointments are available.  It is not to early to start thinking about  Kindergarten, second and sixth grade school forms.
